Satisfied

Now that 27 of the 30 state and municipal officials arrested in Michoacán last month have been formally charged and transferred to prison, previously indignant governor Leonel Godoy says he is satisfied (at least, more satisfied) with the legality of the operation. Also, Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas says that the electoral calendar played a role in the arrests.
