Another Lieutenant Arrested

Two more high-level drug traffickers have fallen: Filiberto Parra, one of El Teo's top assistants in Tijuana, was arrested earlier today, while Israel Sánchez, who was one of El Chapo's operators in Durango, was killed yesterday by federal troops.
