Calderón's Alternative to Carbon Credits
At the Major Economies Forum on Energy and Climate in Cuernavaca, yesterday Calderón was talking up a Green Fund as an alternative to carbon credits. Here's commentary from Boz, who spoke with a former Deputy Foreign Minister about the subject a few months ago.
