Widespread Skepticism about Calderón's Speech

Thursday's question of the day from Imagen asks whether people think that Calderón's speech to Congress would change views among the hard-right sectors of the Republican part. Eighty-three percent said no, 17 percent said yes.

17% believe Calderon left an imprint on the hard right wing Republicans, convinced them of the error of thier ways?
Were these 17% interviewed in an insane asylum or a Roman Catholic Convent?
