Another Round

The second, less militaristic round of Mérida spending is set to be announced later today:

The government of Barack Obama will propose this Thursday before the American Congress modifications to the Mérida Initiative to allocate more anti-drug resources to the eradication of police, judicial, and political corruption, instead of using it on military airplanes.
