Chapo's Government Minions

Via Malcolm Beith, here's the rundown on a story I've been ignoring (mostly because the articles are appearing in Reforma, which requires you have a subscription to read their stuff online, the bunch of gougers), documents linking Chapo to lots of Mexican law enforcement officials. Not really a huge surprise, and I have nothing special to add, but the red-handedness of it all is notable.
