Another Homemade Bomb

Mexico City police detained a pair of people near the congressional building with a homemade bomb yesterday, which led to speculation that their target was the legislative center itself. This is one of a handful of such incidents in recent months, with the other targets being banks. This led to speculation today from Bajo Reserva that some sort of Fight Club-style anarchists are operating in Mexico.
