Women in Cisen

I've written in recent months about how Mexico's gender gap is shamefully yawning. There was, however, one story a few days ago that indicates things are drifting in the right direction: a majority of the 2,364 graduates from Cisen's (Mexico's intelligence agency) new training academy have been women.
