Triumphs in Mexican Film-Making

This Nike ad, directed by Amores Perros' Alejandro González Iñárritu, is lots of fun. I especially like Rooney's nightmarish hillbilly future, as well as the suggestion (presumably based on real life) that Cristiano Ronaldo thinks of giant statues of himself being unveiled just before free kicks. However, Ronaldinho's exclusion from the World Cup kind of ruins that portion of the commercial; I wonder if they could superimpose Fabiano's face on his.

Also, an Australian-Mexican (not sure if he's more one than the other) named Michael Rowe won the prize in Cannes for best first film with a movie called Leap Year.
