High Hopes

PRD leader Jesús Ortega says the upcoming "refoundational" party congress will eliminate the so-called tribes, different wings of the party that have often have long histories of opposing one another, just as often hate one another, and essentially operate as separate interest groups. That would be fantastic for the PRD (and by extension, Mexico) were it to happen, but it seems like a bit ambitious.
