I don't know if the statement's literally true, but all it would show is that the recruit ratings are extremely faulty. Those of us with a passing familiarity with UT and with the NFL remember that arguably the best defensive end in history and arguably the best quarterback of his era (and destined to be in the conversation for all-time status) also played at Neyland. Brown has had a nice season backing up Monterio Hardesty, but it's not like he's the first time Tennessee's ever been blessed with talent.
