Another Defection

PRD Senator René Arce, an ally of the recently departed Ruth Zavaleta, is leaving the party. Bajo Reserva speculates that he will join forces with Zavaleta again on the outside of the PRD. The proximate cause for his exit was the lack of progress in this weekend's congress, which is looking more and more like a disaster.
