Thirsty
I've been following the water shortages in Mexico City from afar, and I have nothing to add or insight to offer beyond, Wow, that sucks. Today's El Universal tells us that the company that provides water to almost two thirds of the city relies on the three reservoirs, two of which are extremely close to shutting down because of insufficient water. I'm not sure if Mexico City's longstanding water shortages have more to do with overpopulation or mismanagement, but what a mess.
