Drum Roll Please

Tomorrow, Pemex will announce the site of the new refinery. I was thinking of inviting all my friends to a get-together with the same concept as an Oscars party to mark the occasion (please let it be Hidalgo!!!), but then I realized that I'd like to still have friends the day after tomorrow, so I cancelled the plan. 

I'd also like to call attention once more to this column by Macario Schettino, who is hoping against hope that the eventual site is a several-hour plane ride away from anywhere in Mexico.
