Morales' Replacement

I mentioned the absence of a Siedo boss yesterday, but no sooner had I hit "publish post" that the replacement for new Attorney General and ex-Siedo chief Marisela Morales had been announced: Patricia Bugarin Gutiérrez, a longtime official in the PGR and the Secretariat of Public Security. Two of the six or so most important security posts in the government are now occupied by women.
