Bad Sign for Marcelo

Dealing with interview questions asking Marcelo Ebrard what he will do if he loses the nomination are perhaps not a sign of imminent electoral doom, but I don't see anyone asking Peña Nieto the same thing. In any event, Ebrard said he would not run for a post in the Senate if AMLO comes out on top. I hope that's just bluster; circumstances don't appear to be lining up for Ebrard in 2012, but he's a young guy, and they certainly could in 2018, especially if he remains relevant in the interim.
