Margarita's Future

There's has been a lot of chatter about the political future of first lady Margarita Zavala, who is probably the nation's most popular panista. Felipe Calderón told Ana de la Reguera (yes, the same one who starred opposite Jack Black in Nacho Libre) in an interview for Quién that she would be interested in running for office again, but not right now. Earlier today, PAN President Gustavo Madero referred to her as a "great asset for the PAN", and pointedly did not dismiss the idea that she would be a candidate. The possibility of her running was also broached in the lead item from Bajo Reserva earlier this week, though basically just in reference to the Quién piece.
