Arrest

A taxi-driver and alleged member of the Zetas known as the La Chivis has been arrested in connection with the murder of the retired general serving as police chief in the city of García, Nuevo León.

I thought these guys (the Zetas) earned well enough so he could afford to leave his day job as a taxista.

Paul, your back! Been traveling? You'd think they could all quit their day jobs, but then having a bunch of taxi drivers working for you would be useful for any criminal gang, to keep an eye on things. But you'd think the taxi drivers/watchdogs and the killers would not be one and the same.

Yes I have had a break from blogging and commenting, largely due to what happened with my blog when the address was published in the midst of a nasty conflict.
