This sequence was amusing: an American analyst at the US Army War College wrote a report last called "A "New" Dynamic in the Western Hemisphere Security Environment: The Mexican Zetas and Other Private Armies". Today, Excélsior ran a front-page story on the same report with the headline, "US Fears that Zetas Supplant Governments".
