Bouncing Back
Mexico City has lowered its threat level and reopened bars, movie theaters, and the like. And a city of 20 million suffering from cabin fever aside from the flu rejoiced.
Also, here Marcelo Ebrard acknowledged the pressure his government had received from business owners.
