Unfairness

Ezra Shabot on the uneven treatment of the flu's victims, focusing on one 14-year-old girl in Cuernavaca:
The negligence of the attending doctor, which has already been sanctioned by the health authorities, just as the deafness of a bureaucracy incapable of attending to emergency cases, could have caused greater harm. The need for implementing supervisory mechanisms that avoid abuses and grave errors in public medicine is something that must be resolved immediately.

The high-handedness and discrimination of low-income socioeconomic groups, on the part of certain health service elements, is unacceptable at any time.
This is goes hand in hand with some of what AMLO was saying today. It'll be interesting to see if more examples of this sort of stuff trickle out.
