Even if there are titles on the line and somewhat entertaining fighters going at it, it's hard to get excited about an unnecessary rematch after Hatton-Pacquiao. Oh well. I think Antonio Tarver's rematch magic runs out this time, and he loses via a merciful late stoppage to Chad Dawson.
