Another PRD Election, Another Wave of Problems

About a year after the PRD's election for party president through it into several months of turmoil and uncertainty, the primary elections in Mexico City also failed to come off without a hitch: the computer system being used to tabulate the votes crashed, and the announcement of the winners has been delayed until Wednesday.
