The Obama Administration
There's a lot of chatter about Rahm Emanuel taking over as Obama's chief of staff. I think this is a great idea, and hopefully indicates a practice of Obama recognizing his own limitations. Some of those said limitations are a laid-back style (a bit of pit-bullishness will often be needed), no experience in the White House, and shallow roots in Washington. Emanuel compensates for all of them.
