Less Successful
Calderón's success rate in proposals sent to Congress dropped in 2010, from 98 in his first three years in office to just over 85 percent. A couple factors are probably at play: the PRI controlling the lower house (together with the Green Party) and being more combative with the president, and Calderón approaching the end of his term.
