Deceased Bad Guy

Sergio Humberto Ortiz, the alleged kidnapper known as El Apá who is said to have led the group La Flor and may or may not have had something to do with the abduction and murder of Fernando Martí, has died. Ortiz died in a prison hospital of unknown causes, but he had been ill I believe since his capture last year.
