Another Massacre
Days after eight people were killed in a public plaza in Sinaloa, an armed unit entered stormed into a drug rehabilitation facility in Juárez, lined up 22 of the residents, and opened fire. Seventeen of them were killed. Another 23 people were killed around the city, making it the deadliest day in the criminal history of the state, according to El Universal.
