Fitch, Fox, and Garza: Unconvinced by the Agreements

The tax pacts (say that five times fast) for the 2010 budget have left lots of folks in Mexico unsatisfied. Here's three more: the ratings agency Fitch (whose description of it as a "less optimal solution" sent the peso slipping today), Vicente Fox, and Tony Garza.
