Fifth Place

Mexico ranked fifth on the latest installment of the Index of Latin American Democracy Development, behind Chile, Costa Rica, Uruguay, and Panama. Following Mexico are Argentina, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. The three lowest scorers were Bolivia, Guatemala, and Ecuador.
