More Support for a New Tax
Another day, another PRD governor: this time it's Zeferino Torreblanca (a great name if there ever was one) from Guerrero, who joins his counterpart from Chiapas. It's notable how the governors, reliant on transfers of federal funds to keep their entities running, have been more likely to support the measure than Congressmen.

A great name indeed, but still a far cry from the best LatAm politician name in the hemisphere, Chavista bigshot Diosdado Cabello.
Both of them sound like movie characters. I think I'd like to have twin sons named Diosdado and Zeferino.
