Lazy Hump Day

It's been a hot, boring Wednesday, much more suited to heading to a water park or lying in bed for hours on end than to blogging (not that the latter two are mutually exclusive, mind you). Hence the lack of activity in this space. The only thing I've seen worth repeating today: Pat Leahy makes a bunch of new friends in the Mexican government.
