Burying Hatchets

The PRD has agreed on a unified legislative agenda, and its deputies have agreed to vote as one bloc. Announcements like this don't completely put the AMLO-Oliva-Juanito-Brugada-et cetera turmoil in the past, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.

Furthermore, with the installation of perredista Carlos Navarrete as the chamber's president, the PRI is making strides to create a voting alliance with the PRD in the senate. For its past, the PAN says that Navarrete was installed by mutual agreement among all three major parties, and that with the presidential veto and the its plurality, the legislative agenda can't be stuffed down the PAN's throat.
