Mexico's electoral tribunal is predicting 70 percent abstention on Sunday, which seems like a high-end estimate, but I don't think an official institution would be erring on the high side.
On the other hand, a new poll estimates that null votes will reach only 5 percent of the total number. The same poll shows the PRI with a two-point lead over the PAN, which is the closest poll I've seen in weeks.
