Update on Cancún Killings

A police boss in one of Cancún's delegations has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the murder of General Mauro Enrique Tello last week. I'd be interested in seeing the government's best guess about whether he was killed merely for doing his job aggressively, or whether he is suspected for taking such a hard against the Zetas because one of the competing groups was paying him. So far, it vaguely seems like the former is the case.
