Uribe's Fantasies

Álvaro Uribe sounds strangely like another South American leader here:
The president of Colombia, Álvaro Uribe, said today that he has an intelligence document that proves that a foreign government seeks to impose a new leader on the country in the upcoming elections on May 30th.
Even assuming that the threat was legitimate, the reasons that this was an inappropriate response are legion.

The article also refers to a "Ricardo Piñera" as the president of Chile, which must irritate Sebastián.
