Senators Non Grata
Excelsior suggests that dozens of Mexican senators were denied visas to visit the United States in 2008. The evidence is circumstantial (the author compares the number of appointments made versus the number of visas actually awarded), and if it's true, both nations would probably be happier keeping the matter quiet, but it makes you wonder why high-level Mexican pols would be getting rejected.
