Good Audio

For Spanish speakers, Imagen ran an interesting interview with former IFE boss Luis Carlos Ugalde earlier this morning. At one point they asked Ugalde about the most pressing changes to the electoral regime in Mexico, and he listed removing the prohibition on negative campaigning, removing the prohibition on reelection, shoring up the public financing system, and making it easier to start a political party as his priorities.

Also, a la Shakira, Ana María Salazar's voice sounds a lot different in Spanish than it does in English.
