More Mergers

Excelsior is reporting that the Zetas have now allied themselves with the Juárez Cartel. Hopefully, alliances like this will eventually lead to some sort of oligarchic control of the drug trade, so that the dead bodies strewn about the streets of Mexico are fewer. Given all the recent violence in Chihuahua, such a development still seems a ways off.
