Juanito, Still in the Spotlight

The famous Iztapalapa delegation chief has resigned, El Universal reports, leaving Aaron Ramos to replace him. It also says that the hammer with which they removed him were threats of criminal charges from Ebrard for having falsified information on his birth certificate. Juanito is denying that he either resigned or went on leave, so who knows. I feel like this story will never end.
