Raphael seems equal parts fatalistic and concerned:
Yesterday's elections prove that the Institutional Revolutionary Party is willing to do anything to recover power. It matters little if this political force was reborn during the past decade, if the accusations of corruption against its governors have weight, or the viability of its campaign proposals. A principal message that the priĆstas have placed before everything mentioned above: they are the only ones capable of producing victory.
