The man blamed for the murder of the American journalist and activist in Oaxaca Brad Will has been
exonerated by a judge. The accused, Juan José Martínez Moreno, must be released in 24 hours. The case was riddled with logical defects and unanswered questions, not least why an APPO activist like Martínez would kill a man who openly sympathized with his cause. Martínez has been
jailed since October 2008.
