Say Yes

PAN Senator César Leal, who's known as ultra-conservative, has hopped on the legalization bandwagon. He is one of the first panistas to get behind the proposal in the Mexico City legislature to decriminalize possession of marijuana. There's certainly a conservative case to be made for legalization; with Leal breaking ranks, maybe more will be willing to do so.
