International tourists visiting Mexico's hot spots are fewer day-by-day; according to the
Excélsior,
Mexico has now seen 14 consecutive months of declining revenues from foreign visitors. From the beginning of November '08 through October of this year, revenues are down 9.5 percent, with a combination of swine flu, economic, and security worries scaring tourists off faster than a cheap peso can entice them.
