More Economic Emphasis from Felipe

Furthering the theory that over the next three years Calderón will focus more on the economy than security: yesterday the president spoke in the Monterrey suburb where the mayor famously boasted of the formation of "teams of cleaners". Calderón called for security operations being conducted within the law, but the majority of his speech was dedicated to economic concerns, and it was his attacks on monopolies that landed on the front page in today's Excélsior.
